Thuong Nguyen – Mediator & Executive Director

She focuses on commercial and civil disputes, helping businesses and individuals resolve conflicts through structured, confidential mediation.

In her role at VEMC, Thuong designs and manages mediation programs, coordinates pilot cases, and works with partners, law schools across Vietnam to promote mediation skills and awareness in Vietnam.

Drawing on her experience as a practising lawyer, she combines legal understanding with a practical, solution-oriented mediation style that helps parties move from positions to realistic, workable agreements.
